Delivery Coverage

We deliver pet products across all major cities in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for orders placed before 5 PM.

Delivery Timelines

- Lahore: Same-day or next-day delivery

- Other cities: 2 to 5 business days depending on location and courier service availability

Shipping Charges

- Lahore: Flat Rs. 150 per order within 20 km radius from Model Town. Shipping charges are increased proportionately for city areas beyond 20 km radius.

- Other cities: Charges vary by location and order weight; calculated at checkout

Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (as stated in promotions)

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Live Animal Delivery

Live animals (birds, fish, etc.) are only available for in-store purchase or local delivery within Lahore under special conditions.

We do not ship live animals nationwide.
