Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened or used pet food

- Live animals

- Grooming tools or accessories once opened

Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via bank transfer or your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
